Jamie Rose is partner & COO of Momenta Creative. We nicknamed Jamie the “Fun Machine” at the office because of her infectious laugh and unending energy. Don’t let the sparkling personality fool you. Her sharp, plugged-in approach to communications is what landed her previous positions with companies like The New York Times and The Global Fund, and what makes her indispensable to our clients today.
Founded in 1975, AHC Inc., is among the largest developers of affordable and mixed-income housing in the Washington-Baltimore metro region. The organization’s mission is to produce and preserve high quality housing for low- and moderate-income families in the mid-Atlantic region and to build strong futures for their residents through onsite educational programs.

Located at the entrance to Loudoun County’s premier active adult community, The Overlook at Lansdowne is an exclusive collection of seven luxury condominium homes. Each home is located within a rustic contemporary structure that offers one-level living with sweeping views. The condos rest near the gorgeous lakes and greens of Lansdowne’s championship golf course and the rolling wooded setting.

On the new site, visitors can now explore special features, get an up-close look at floor plans, and contact The Overlook at Lansdowne’s team at the touch of a button.

This series of digital communications seminars will provide a platform for nonprofits to begin thinking creatively about strategies and solutions.
Topics covered in the lectures include successful and not-so-successful campaign strategies, movement building and brand ambassadors, creating call-to-action campaigns, social media for the greatest impact, budgeting and grant writing for communications, building your team with volunteers, interns, contractors and staff and much more.

The new site showcases some of the best of our storytelling in a much clearer and concise platform. From visual services, brand development, public relations, and strategic planning, we seek to tell your story with our dedicated team of creatives.
One story that we weren’t telling with the other site was our own. With this site, we want you to get to know us by reading about our services, our philosophy, and what our clients have to say about working with us.
Each portfolio sample will give you an idea of what our creative team can do for your brand. Now, you can view storytelling multimedia pieces like Ben’s Chili Bowl 55th Anniversary video or browse through full-service packages like Camera Bits brand development.
As you’ll learn, when you work with us, you’ll get a dedicated Momenta project manager leading the team, so you grow at your own pace, year after year.
C’mon in, take a look around, and give us a shout if you think our team would be a good fit for your organization’s growth. We look forward to being a factory of ideas for you!
